1) Collect semen in the provided measuring cup designed for this purpose.
2) Allow the semen to liquefy for about 15 minutes, and then measure the amount collected.
3) Attach a transparent observation sticker to the back of the scooping plate.
4) Start the camera and attach the magnifying lens to your smartphone.
5) Use the collection pick to apply a thin layer of semen onto the transparent seal on the scooping plate.
6) Place the scooping plate with the semen sample on the magnifying lens and observe the sperm using your smartphone camera.
