1. Fill up the Breeze Container to 150 ml.
2. Drop in the Cup Sterilizer tablet. It may smell like a swimming pool.
3. Once fully dissolved (~3 minutes), drop in the Breeze Cup.
4. Allow the Breeze Cup to sterilize for 5 minutes.
5. Shake excess water off the Breeze Cup before using.

Sterilizing time

1. Before using the Breeze Cup for the first time.
2. At the start of each menstrual cycle.
3. After the end of your menstrual cycle, prior to storage.

Store at a dry and a normal-temperature place.

Below are 3 ways to sterilise. We have illustrations over at the Sterilization Methods page.

  • Breeze method - 8 minutes
    - Fill up the Breeze Container up to 150 ml.
    - Drop in the Cup Sterilizer tablet. It may smell like a swimming pool.
    - Once fully dissolved (~3 minutes), drop in the Breeze Cup.
    - Allow the Breeze Cup to sterilize for 5 minutes.
    - Shake excess water off the Breeze Cup before using.  

  • Microwave method - >10 minutes
    - Fill up the Breeze Container up to 150ml.
    - Drop in the Breeze Cup.
    - Microwave the Breeze Container on high for 3-5 minutes, depending on your microwave power.
    - Remove the Breeze Cup from the Breeze Container to cool down. Be careful of the hot water while removing the cup.
    - Once thoroughly cooled, shake excess water off the Breeze Cup before using.

  • Boiling method - >15 minutes
    - Bring a pot of water to boil.
    - Insert the Breeze Cup into a whisk (if available).
    - Place it in the boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
    - Remove the whisk from the boiling water and allow it to cool down.
    - Once thoroughly cooled, shake excess water off the Breeze Cup before using.

Don't worry! We have got you covered!

1) Fill the Breeze Container with water by the sink and bring it to the toilet stall.

2) Place the Breeze Container over the toilet water tank and proceed to remove the menstrual cup.

3) Use the water in the Breeze Container to rinse the your cup over the toilet bowl. Be sure to hold your cup tight.

4) Once rinsed, insert the cup with your preferred folding method and toss out the remaining water in the Breeze Container.

5) Feel free to drop in a Cup Sterilizer tablet to sterilise your cup on-the-go in between your period cycle if you wish to but it is not necessary.
