Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us, Lumirous.

We offer Domestic and International shipping options and involve a third-party supplier, who will be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. 



To avoid delays in receiving your order, please provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order. 



All orders are shipped with Ninja Van or PosLaju and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.

We will attempt to notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.



Lumirous offers standard delivery in our standard packaging from Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) once the order and payment is completed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be shipped out the following Tuesday (excluding holidays). Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM Malaysian Standard Time will be shipped the same day. During the sale period, large orders can result in longer delivery times. Ninja Van & PosLaju usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)



We deliver across Malaysia and selected SEA countries:- Singapore and Indonesia. The posting rate is determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. 

Every purchase over RM100 is entitled to free shipping. (Applicable for Domestic Shipping ONLY!)
