Thank you for your purchase with Lumirous! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for faulty reasons, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return & exchange policy.
Our policy lasts depending on the products and brands policy. If the days provided by the third-party have gone by since your delivered date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES DUE TO FAULTY PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED.
If you have received faulty products (any damage, torn or stained products overlooked by us) or if you have received incorrect items, you can return and exchange the order within days stated by the brand policies from receiving the items.
However, we will not be responsible for any faulty not that is not caused by us.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.
Please prepare photos of the defect/incorrect items.You will have to submit a return request via our email here: enquiry@lumirous.com.
Please provide us with the postage fee receipt in the email reply.
Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
We will proceed to refund your order by exchanging the products to a new product. Next, we will create a new order for you and ship the new order to you.
Postage charge for return & exchange for these reasons will be covered by us.

Vision
Throughout the years, we have witnessed how difficult it is for the majority of the public to get the support that they need for their fertility and reproductive well-being. There has always been a stigma around seeking help with fertility and reproductive health, especially among Asians. We tend to not talk about it because we are worried about what others would say when they find out that we have some issues with our fertility and reproductive health. With that concern in mind, our founder and CEO, Anna, started this platform with the hope of helping those who are suffering from fertility and reproductive health issues.

In order to achieve our mission, we have built the first Fertility Community and Marketplace in Southeast Asia which bridges the gap between those who are suffering from fertility and reproductive health issues and the experts.Our one-stop fertility platform serves as an information hub and a community space that allows our members to interact with fertility experts regarding fertility issues and reproductive health. With the rapid development of social media and the online world, the majority of the public is facing a dilemma when it comes to searching for reliable sources of information on the internet. To that end, we have created some special features on our platform which connect our members to professional doctors, counsellors, dietitians, and nutritionists.

Anna Yamauchi, the founder, and CEO of LUMIROUS, is a pioneer in the FemTech industry in Southeast Asia. Graduated from University of Surrey with a Master Degree in Entrepreneurship, Anna has a vast experience in building and managing a business. Prior to the establishment of LUMIROUS, she was the co-founder and managing director of Trambellir Sdn. Bhd., an online medical tourism platform. With the experiences that she gained when she was managing Trambellir Sdn. Bhd, she has what it takes to bring a start-up to the next level.
